Auction Lots
The auction includes the following tracts:
- Tract #1: 79.99 acres located in the N ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 22, New Douglas Township, Madison County. This tract has 69.68 acres tillable and the rest consists of light timber. It has a predominant soil type of Cowden-Piasa Silt loam with an overall PI rating of 109.7.
- Tract #2: A .74 acre building site at 1020 S Main St., located just south of New Douglas. This wooded lot contains an old home that is in very poor condition, making it suitable for new construction.
- Tract #3: 39.73 acres located in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 10, Dorchester Township, Macoupin County. This tract is all timber and brush, situated next to a site that previously disposed of chemical waste, thus unsuitable for building and recommended for recreational use only.
