Auction Terms & Conditions
The auction includes a 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax, which will be added to all invoices. All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before placing bids. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
Participants must bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling. Bay Area Online Auctions cannot guarantee assistance during item pick-ups, and rescheduling may be necessary if sufficient labor is not available.
Failure to pick up items during designated times will result in forfeiture. Shipping is available for smaller, non-fragile items upon request, with conditions set for shipping costs and invoice payments.
