No shipping is available for this auction. All items will be sold as-is in their current condition, with no warranties or guarantees offered by the seller. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ask questions prior to bidding. All sales are final; no refunds or returns will be allowed.
A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be added to all invoices. A 50% restocking fee will apply to non-payments. Failure to pick up items on the specified days may result in forfeiture of the items, which will be disposed of accordingly, with no exceptions for refunds.

For bulky items that are abandoned or not picked up, the buyer will be blocked from their account until a $45.00 disposal fee is paid.
Buyers are encouraged to bring their own labor, boxes, packing supplies, and tools, as assistance will not be provided for carrying out items. If sufficient labor is not available, buyers may be required to return on another day during pickup times with adequate help.
