Bay Area Online Auctions, LLC is hosting an off-site estate sale auction in Rohnert Park, California. This auction is part of the Sonoma County Online Auctions (SCOA) series.

Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pickup days or times will result in items being forfeited. Participants are advised to ensure they can attend the pickup times before bidding. The auction has a 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be added to all invoices. All items are sold AS IS, in their present condition with all faults, visible or not, and no warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask questions prior to bidding. All sales are final with no refunds or returns.

Participants should bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling, as assistance may not be available during pickup. Shipping is available for smaller, non-fragile items. The auction invoice must be paid in full before requesting shipping. Buyers need to email info@SonomaCountyOnlineAuctions.com to confirm shipping requests, including their current shipping addresses. Shipping costs will be calculated, and a separate shipping invoice will be issued. Shipping charges will cover USPS fees, supplies, and labor, and any fragile items will incur extra packaging fees. All items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and must fit in a medium-sized box (12” x 12” x 12”). Orders over $100 will require a signature and be insured.
