Additional auction terms include a 20% buyer’s premium and a 7.0% sales tax. Bidders must register online with Proxibid to participate and provide a valid credit card for identity verification. Checkout begins on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items must be removed by November 5, 2025, by 3:00 PM.
