Auction Lots

The auction includes the following tracts:

• Tract #1: A 79.99-acre tract situated in the N ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 22, New Douglas Township, Madison County. The FSA indicates 69.68 acres are tillable, with the rest being light timber. Soil types include 993A Cowden-Piasa Silt loam and 882B Oconee-Darmstadt-Coulterville Silt Loam, with an Overall PI Rating of 109.7.
