The upcoming auction hosted by Picks and Treasures, LLC will take place online with lots available for bidding starting on Thursday, September 4, 2025, beginning at 5 PM.
All items in this auction are sold AS IS with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is provided by the seller. Buyers should ask questions prior to bidding. All sales are final, with no refunds or returns permitted. A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be added to all invoices. A 50% re-stocking fee will be imposed on all non-payments. Items not picked up during designated times will be forfeited.
Delivery services can be arranged through businesses such as TaskRabbit, Lugg (Furniture/Bulky), and Uber (select package).

Pick-up Location Note: Buyers should note that GPS navigation may lead to a blocked street. The entrance for pickups is through the Sherwin Williams Paint Store. The final building on the right is “Building 4”.
Pickup Dates/Times: Friday, September 5, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM, or Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
