Circle Auction Presents Florida Highwaymen Art

A single-owner collection of works by the Florida Highwaymen, a collective of 26 African American landscape painters formed in the 1950s, is available for online bidding. This auction presents 35 paintings, including 17 landscapes by “the original Highwayman” Harold Newton, as well as pieces by notable artists such as Alfred Hair and Mary Ann Carroll.

Auction Details

The auction will take place online from August 12th to August 30th. Final online bidding begins on Saturday, August 30th at 9 AM CDT. Interested parties can register to bid and view the auction here.
