The Bay Area Online Auctions, LLC is hosting a private off-site estate sale auction titled ‘Picks and Treasures’ on Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 9 AM to 3 PM. The event will take place at 33 Hamilton Drive (Outside of Suite B), Novato, CA 94949.
Auction Overview
During the sale, everything outside will be priced at $1 from 9 AM to 1 PM. Items remaining after 1 PM will be offered for free. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own boxes and ensure they maintain a tidy environment.
Shipping and Pickup Details
The Bay Area Online Auctions, LLC can ship most items within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx at the most economical rates. Shipping costs will include labor, packing material, insurance, and require a signature for items over $100. There will be no shipping for furniture or bulky items, which need to fit within 12″x12″x12″ boxes. Pickup is scheduled for Sunday, August 10, from 10 AM to 1 PM, and Monday, August 11, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Important Auction Information
All items will be sold as-is, and buyers should ask questions before bidding. A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be added to all invoices. Non-payment will incur a 50% restocking fee. Items not picked up during the designated times will be forfeited. Local delivery services may be available for delivery within a 20-minute radius for a nominal fee.
