Auction Notes
A 10% Buyers Premium and California Sales Tax will be added to all invoices. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all non-payments. Items must be picked up on the stated days and times; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the items without refund. All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding, as all sales are final.
Participants are advised to bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling, as assistance may not be available during pickups. Shipping is available for small items, with particular conditions regarding packaging and costs, which will be managed through Square invoices after payment.
