Bay Area Online Auctions, LLC is hosting an off-site estate sale online auction in Rohnert Park, California. This auction, identified as #22 Sonoma County Online Auctions (SCOA), is set to begin ending on July 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM. Bidders should note that a 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be applied to all invoices. A 50% restocking fee will be enforced for non-payments. Failure to pick up items on the designated days will result in forfeiture of these items, which will then be disposed of accordingly.

Auction Notes

All items are sold as-is without warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyers to ask questions before bidding. All sales are final with no refunds or returns.

Buyers are encouraged to bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools necessary for dismantling items. The auction organizer may not always provide assistance during pick-ups, and if buyers do not have enough labor for carrying out their items, they might be required to reschedule their pick-up.

Shipping Information: Shipping is available for small items. All shipping will be conducted via USPS Ground Advantage, insured, with signature required for orders over $100. Items must fit in a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box of dimensions 12” x 12” x 5”. Fragile items will incur extra packing fees. Payment for shipping must be received before items are shipped.
