Estate Sale Online Auction by Picks and Treasures

The auction titled “Picks and Treasures PRIVATE OFF-SITE Estate Sale Online Auction” begins to close on Thursday, July 3, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM.

Shipping is available for small items only. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insured, and will require a signature on all orders over $100. The order must fit within a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box (12” x 12” x 5.5”). There will be an additional fee for fragile items that require special packing.

The buyer is responsible for requesting shipping after payment. To initiate the shipping request, buyers should contact info@picksandtreasures.com.

All items are sold AS IS, and no warranty or guarantee is provided by the seller. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask questions before bidding. All sales are final, with no refunds or returns accepted. A 10% buyer’s premium and CA sales tax will apply to all invoices. A 50% restocking fee will be implemented for non-payments.

The auction will take place at Picks and Treasures located at 5679 Redwood Drive, Suite A (Overhead Doors), Rohnert Park, CA 94928. A GPS note advises that while on Redwood Drive, the entrance is through Sherwin Williams Paint Store. The pickup times are Friday, July 4, from 10 AM to 1 PM, and Saturday, July 5, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
