The upcoming event is a #21 Sonoma County Online Auctions (SCOA) OFF-SITE Estate Sale Online Auction hosted by Bay Area Online Auctions, LLC. The auction features a variety of items available for bidding from the comfort of home.

Auction Notes

A 10% Buyers Premium and California Sales Tax will be applied to all invoices. There is a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) during the specified times will result in forfeiture and disposal of items, with no refund issued.

All items are sold AS IS, with the seller providing no warranties or guarantees. Bidders are encouraged to ask questions before bidding. All sales are final, with no refunds or returns accepted.

Participants should bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling during pickup. Unfortunately, assistance may not be available during pick-ups, so adequate labor is recommended.

Shipping is available for small items. Items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, and shipments require insurance and signature for orders over $100. A separate invoice for shipping costs will be emailed after the auction order is paid. Buyers must ensure their address is current to avoid complications.
