This auction begins to close on Thursday, May 29, 2025, starting at 5 PM. It is hosted by Picks and Treasures, LLC, as part of an online estate sale auction event.

Shipping is available for small items only, and all items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insured, and signature required for orders over $100. Items must fit in a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box (12” x 12” x 5.5”), with additional fees for packing fragile items.

All auction orders must be paid before shipping invoices are sent separately after emailed requests. Buyers must ensure their PayPal address is current as both sellers and buyers must be covered.

All items in this auction are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask questions prior to bidding as all sales are final with no refunds or returns permitted. A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be added to all invoices, along with a 50% restocking fee for non-payments.

Items must be picked up on designated days or they will be forfeited. The storage location for this auction will be at Picks and Treasures, located at 5679 Redwood Dr., Suite A, Rohnert Park, CA 94928, with pick-up available on Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
