Horst Auctioneers Coin Auction in Ephrata, PA
Horst Auctioneers is hosting a coin auction on Thursday, May 29, 2025. The sale is scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM, with inspection available from 9:00 AM through the sale.
The auction will be held at the Horst Auction Center, located at the corner of Rt. 322 and Durlach Road, approximately 2.5 miles west of Ephrata, at 50 Durlach Road, Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA.
Auction Lots
This auction will feature a total of 343 lots of coins and currency, including over 10 gold pieces such as the 2018-W $10 Gold Proof. Other highlights include currency in both large and small denominations, including an 1899 $5 Chief, as well as local small nationals from Denver and Marietta. Additionally, 90% silver coins will be available in partial sets and bulk lots, with silver dollars both raw and slabbed. The auction also features bulk lots of wheat cents and many Indian cents, including semi-key dates from 1869 to 1872, along with proof and uncirculated silver eagles.

Accepted payments include cash or PA checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards with a 3% fee. Out-of-state checks will require prior approval.
