Worstell Auction Co. has announced a major grocery store liquidation event set to take place on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at 10 AM. The auction will be held at 6777 Woodland Pkwy, Houston, TX 77392.
Auction Highlights
This event will feature two auction rings simultaneously selling surplus items from various sources including colleges, universities, area school districts, municipalities, restaurants, property management, moving & storage, estates, and other local businesses. Featured items will include floor scrubbers, freezers, refrigeration units, meat grinders, meat slicers, and shelving.
Auction Details
Participants need to be aware of the auction terms: an 18% buyer’s premium applies, a $100 cash deposit is required to register alongside a photo ID. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit, and debit cards for the balance. All merchandise will be sold “As Is, Where Is,” and the balance must be paid on the day of auction.
Additionally, there will be a preview on Monday, June 2nd from 9 AM to 4 PM.
