Auction Notes

All items in the auction will be sold in AS IS condition with all faults, whether visible or not. Buyers must do their own research and ask questions before bidding. There are no refunds or returns accepted.

• 10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax will be added to all invoices.
• Resellers need to ensure that Bay Area Online Auctions has their certificate on file.
• A 50% restocking fee will apply to all non-paid items. Non-paying winning bidders will be blocked from further bidding on all auctions until the fee is received.
• Items not picked up as scheduled will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited and disposed of accordingly.
• No refunds will be issued.

Participants are advised to bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling, as assistance may not always be available during pick-ups. If there is insufficient labor to carry out items, rescheduling of pick-up may be necessary.

For those who need delivery services, businesses like TaskRabbit, Lugg, and Uber are suggested.

Pickup Date/Time: Saturday, 5/10 from 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday, 5/12 from 10 AM to 1 PM
