- Saturday: Live Preview & Sales from 8 AM to Noon
- Saturday: Auction begins at 7:30 PM
- Sunday: Removal of purchased items from 9 AM to Noon
- Sunday: Sale of remaining contents from 9 AM to Noon
Location: Approaching the Ridgemark security gate, exhibit a parking lot on the right-hand side before entering. Parking is required at this location to proceed into the community together at scheduled times.
