All items in this auction are sold in their present condition with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before placing bids as all sales are final, with no refunds or returns allowed. A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be added to all invoices. Additionally, there is a 50% re-stocking fee for non-payments.
For bulky items that are abandoned or not picked up, a $45 disposal fee will apply. Participants must bring their own labor and packing supplies, as assistance will not be provided during pick-up.
