The Bay Area Online Auctions company is hosting the #14 Sonoma County Online Auctions (SCOA) OFF-SITE Estate Sale Online Auction. Interested participants must register on their website prior to bidding.
Auction Notes
All auction items are sold in AS IS condition. The seller makes no warranty or guarantees, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct due diligence and ask questions before bidding. Refunds and returns are not allowed.
- 10% Buyers Premium and California Sales Tax will be added to all invoices.
- Resellers should have their seller’s permit on file with Bay Area Online Auctions.
- A 50% re-stocking fee will be applied to all non-paid items, and non-paying winning bidders will be blocked from future auctions until this fee is paid.
- Items not picked up as scheduled will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited.
- Participants should bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling, as assistance may not always be available.
Recommended delivery services are provided by TaskRabbit, Lugg, and Uber.
