Antique Tool Auction by Horst Auctioneers in Ephrata, PA
The Horst Auctioneers will host an Antique Tool Auction on Saturday, November 15, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM. This auction will feature a variety of antique tools in their Main Auction Hall, showcasing over 580 lots.
Auction Lots
The auction includes a diverse collection of scientific, surveying, drafting, and mapping tools. Highlights include:
- A large collection of vintage specialty engineering and surveying tools.
- Rare military and civilian transits and theodolites from the 19th century.
- Unique measuring devices, including a patented combination folding rule/inclinometer and extensive collection of drafting/drawing tool sets.
- A wide array of antique saws, planes, chisels, and other edge tools.
- Various antique tool parts and user tools in the garage area starting at 10:00 A.M.
Both live absolute auction bidding and online bidding on cataloged items will be available, with a service charge for the bidding platform. Accepted payment methods include cash, PA checks, and credit and debit cards, with a 3% auction house fee charged on credit card payments.
Auction Details
The preview for the auction will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The auction will be held at the Horst Auction Center, located at the corner of Rt. 322 & Durlach Rd, approximately 2.5 miles west of Ephrata in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
