Auction Terms
All items are sold as is, with no warranties or guarantees provided by the seller. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask questions prior to bidding. All sales are final, with no refunds or returns. A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be applied to all invoices. Non-payment will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Buyers must properly arrange pickup of items on designated days, otherwise forfeiture of items will occur. Service providers such as TaskRabbit, Lugg, and Uber may assist with item delivery.
