Pickup Dates/Times:

• Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Auction End Date: August 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM

Buyer’s Premium of 10% and a Walnut Creek Sales Tax of 9.25% will be added to the invoice. A 45% restocking fee will be applied for no-pay/no-show circumstances.

All items are sold as is, with no warranties or guarantees provided by the seller. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before bidding as all sales are final with no refunds or returns.

For bulky items that are abandoned or not picked up, accounts will be blocked until a $45 disposal fee is paid. Buyers must bring their own labor and supplies for packing and transport as assistance will not be provided.
