Building Materials Auction by Commercial Liquidators of America in Indianapolis
Commercial Liquidators of America is set to host a 5-Day Building Materials Auction from Monday, July 28th to Friday, August 1st, 2023. This event provides a chance for contractors, homeowners, and landlords to bid on various building items at unbeatable prices.
Auction Lots
The auction will feature a different theme each day:
- Monday, July 28th: Flooring and Carpet
- Tuesday, July 29th: Lumber, Trim, Doors, and Windows
- Wednesday, July 30th: Kitchen Appliances and Fixtures
- Thursday, July 31st: Bathroom Items, Outdoor Essentials, Plumbing Fixtures, and Tools
- Friday, August 1st: Lighting and Decor
Each day’s auction will begin closing at 2 PM, except Tuesday, which will close at 3 PM.
Auction Details
The auction will take place at 301 S LaSalle St, Indianapolis, IN 46201. In-person previews are available from Wednesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM. The auction is open for extended preview on Monday and Tuesday, July 28th and 29th.
The pickup period for winning bids is five days and will take place only from Wednesday to Saturday during business hours. Notably, pickups are not permitted on Mondays or Tuesdays.
