Auction Notes
A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be applied to all invoices. A 50% re-stocking fee will be charged for any non-payments. Failure to pick up items during the specified pickup days or times will result in forfeiture and disposal of the items. All sales are final, and there will be no refunds or returns.
Items will be sold as-is, with all faults, and no warranties or guarantees are offered by the seller. Buyers are encouraged to inquire about items before placing bids.
Participants should bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling, as assistance may not be available during pickups. Shipping is available for small items, which will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage, insured, and will require a signature for orders exceeding $100.
