Bay Area Online Auctions, LLC is hosting a private residence estate sale auction located in Woodacre, California. This auction features various items available for online bidding. The event is scheduled to commence on July 3, 2025, at 7:00 PM, with pickup dates set for Saturday, July 5, from 10 AM to 1 PM and Sunday, July 6, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
All items in this auction are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees provided by the seller. It is the responsibility of bidders to ask questions prior to bidding. A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be applied to all invoices. There will also be a 50% re-stocking fee for any non-payments. Failure to pick up items on the specified days or times will result in forfeiture of the purchased items, and no refunds will be issued.
Note that the road to the estate is unpaved and has hilly conditions, and trailers will not be permitted. Additionally, road closures due to a local parade are expected on Friday, July 4; therefore, the schedule will differ from usual pickup days.
