Pickup Date/Time: Saturday, July 12, 2025, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Sunday, July 13, 2025, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Auction Start Date: July 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
Charges: A 10% buyer’s premium, plus Walnut Creek sales tax of 9.25%, will be added to invoices. A 45% restocking fee applies for no pay/no show incidences.
For bulky items that are abandoned or not picked up, the account will be blocked until a $45.00 disposal fee is paid.
