There are two pickup locations for this auction:
- 3331 Freeman St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 – Lots 1-20 in the auction catalog will be sold at this location.
- 4420 Ardmore Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 – The remaining lots will be sold at this location, starting from Lot 1000.

- Pickup location for Lots 1000 and beyond: 4420 Ardmore Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46809.
- Pickup date and time for online bidders: Wednesday, July 16th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., by appointment only.
- Pickup for onsite bidders: Winning bidders may pick up the same day after presenting a paid invoice to a Scheerer McCulloch staff member.
Participants are advised to bring their own packing and moving supplies. If purchasing large items such as furniture, additional assistance should be arranged, as the auction company will not provide help with such items.
