The auction is compliant with all state and federal laws. Participants must show a valid driver’s license to register for a buyer number. A NICS Check will be performed on all firearms purchases unless a current FFL or a Kansas Concealed Carry License is presented.
All property is sold “AS IS” without any warranty or guarantee, and all sales are final. Property will be available for public inspection prior to the auction date.
