Bay Area Online Auctions, LLC is hosting an off-site estate sale online auction in Rohnert Park, California. Due to the 3-Day Holiday weekend, a third pick-up date has been added on Tuesday, May 27, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Pick-ups by appointment for large furniture items are also available.

Auction Notes

All items in the auction are sold in AS IS condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct their own research and ask questions prior to bidding. No refunds or returns will be issued.

10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax are added to all invoices.
If you are a reseller, ensure Bay Area Online Auctions has your certificate on file.
There is a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-paid items. Non-paying winning bidders will be blocked from further bidding on all Bay Area Online Auctions until the fee is received.
Items not picked up as scheduled will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited and disposed of.
No refunds will be issued.

Buyers are required to bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling. Assistance during pick-ups may not always be available. If sufficient labor is not available to carry out items, a rescheduled pick-up may be necessary.

For those needing it, delivery service options include TaskRabbit, Lugg, and Uber (select package).

Pick-up Location Note: GPS Navigation may direct users down a blocked street. Turn into the Sherwin Williams Paint Store entrance on Redwood Drive. Drive straight through the building complex; the auction location is the last building on the right, “Building 4”.

Pickup Date/Time: Saturday, May 24, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Sunday, May 25, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Tuesday, May 27, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Auction End Date: Auctions begin to end on May 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
