A 10% buyer’s premium and California sales tax will be added to all invoices. Resellers must have their certification on file with Bay Area Online Auctions.

50% re-stocking fee on all non-paid items.
Items not picked up as scheduled will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited.
No refunds or returns are issued.
Participants must bring their own labor and packing supplies for item pickup; assistance during pickups may not be available.
