Horst Auctioneers Coin Auction in Ephrata, PA
Horst Auctioneers will hold a coin auction on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM. An inspection of the coins will take place on the same day from 9:00 AM until the sale begins.
The auction will be held at the Horst Auction Center, located at 50 Durlach Road, Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA, near the corner of Route 322 and Durlach Road, approximately 2.5 miles west of Ephrata.
Auction Lots
The auction will feature 371 lots of coins and currency, including:
- U.S. Gold in $2.5, $5, and $10 denominations
- $500 plus face value in 90% silver in various bulk lots
- Large and small currency, including nationals and errors
- A $500 Federal Reserve Note (FRN)
- Key dates that include an 1885 nickel and 1932-D and 1932-S quarters
- Ayer’s encased three-cent postage stamp
- 150 plus silver dollars in bulk and singles
- Early copper, including colonials
- 7 hobo nickels
Online bidding will be available through HiBid.com. There will be no buyer’s premium for attending bidders.
