Auction Rules and Specifications
It is important to note that this is not a pet-free environment; animals were present in the home. All items are sold AS IS with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding, as all sales are final—no refunds or returns will be permitted. A 10% buyer’s premium and CA sales tax will be added to all invoices, and there will be a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Items that are not picked up within the specified timeframe will be forfeited and disposed of accordingly.
