Each day of the auction highlights a specific theme with items up for bid, including:
- Day 1: Flooring and Carpet – Monday, April 14th @ 2 PM
- Day 2: Lumber, Doors, Windows, and Trim – Tuesday, April 15th @ 2 PM
- Day 3: Kitchen and Appliances – Wednesday, April 16th @ 2 PM
- Day 4: Bathroom and Outdoor Fixtures – Thursday, April 17th @ 2 PM
- Day 5: Decor and Lighting – Friday, April 18th @ 2 PM
Auction Details
Location: 301 S LaSalle St, Indianapolis, IN 46201
Preview is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM & Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM. The auction lots will start closing according to the specified schedule for each day, as detailed above.
For auction winnings, individuals have ONE WEEK from the day after the win to pick up items. Note that pickups cannot occur on the same day as the auction victory.
The hours of operation for item pickup are Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The facility is closed on Sundays and National Holidays.
