To set your Permanent Buyer Preference, clients can follow the instructions provided during the auction registration. Alternatives include:
- Requesting payments in cash.
- Using Venmo or PayPal on file to eliminate the need to request these payments for every auction.
Auction Deadline for Payments
All requests for cash or alternative payment must be submitted by 1 PM the day after the auction closes to avoid credit card charges.
Important Information
When using alternative payment options, it is crucial to ensure that payments specify the auction invoice numbers to prevent delays or misallocation of funds. Additionally, Zelle may not be available at pickup, and payment must be confirmed by 1 PM the following day to ensure a smooth transaction process.
