Bay Area Online Auctions: Rohnert Park Estate Sale
Bay Area Online Auctions is hosting an off-site estate sale auction in Rohnert Park, California. Interested participants must register to be eligible to place bids.
Auction Notes
All items in the auction are sold in AS IS condition with all faults, visible or not. The seller does not make any warranties or guarantees. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research and inquiries prior to bidding.
- 10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax are applied to all invoices.
- Resellers need to have their certification on file with Bay Area Online Auctions.
- A 50% restocking fee applies to all non-paid items. Non-paying winning bidders will be blocked from future auctions until the fee is paid.
- Items not picked up as scheduled will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of accordingly.
- No refunds are issued for any items.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling, as assistance may not be available during pick-ups.
